the hotel has a great location above raffles city.

The small fridge emitted an bright light. It was unexpected for a five star hotel. it was completely empty.

the location was convenient to access various parts of the city.
The check-in process was chaotic with no staff to assist me initially. i had to wait an unreasonable amount of time before anyone approached me. the noise levels were also disruptive. I could hear guests jumping around on the floor above late at night. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep despite changing rooms.

the hotel location is convenient. it is near shopping and transport. the staff was friendly and efficient. the breakfast buffet had plenty options.
i ask to access to the lounge before the airport. the request were declined and they mentioned a full price. overall my stay were great.
